Reporting System

The internal reporting office of Dr. Schumacher GmbH protects whistleblowers and maintains confidentiality.

Whistleblower Protection Act

Dr. Schumacher GmbH is obliged to protect natural persons who, in connection with their professional activities or in the run-up to professional activities, have obtained information about violations within the meaning of Section 2 of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) ("whistleblowers") and to offer them an internal reporting office through which they can disclose violations that have come to their attention.

Confidential reporting

You may rely on the internal reporting office of Dr. Schumacher GmbH observing the confidentiality requirement of Section 8 HinSchG and protecting the identity of the following persons: (1) the whistleblower, where the reported information concerns violations falling within the scope of the HinSchG, or where the whistleblower had sufficient reason to assume this at the time of reporting; (2) persons who are the subject of a report; and (3) other persons named in the report.

You may also rely on Dr. Schumacher GmbH complying with Section 36 HinSchG, which prohibits reprisals directed against whistleblowers as well as the threat and attempted exercise of reprisals.
